Pravesh brings over a decade of experience in the creation of database-driven web applications and solution, web designing and creativity, digital signage, trends analysis and market evaluation to the founding team of Quixii Media Inc.
With an educational background that includes a BA degree from the University of Manitoba, a diploma in Japanese business management from Kawai-juku International in Tokyo and an Applied Information Technology diploma from the Information Technology Institute he adds his experience in database-driven web development, web marketing and communication. As the Chief Executive Officer, Pravesh is responsible for the overall direction of the company as well as being the technical project lead and web project manager.

| Terry Lum, COO, Business Operations |
Terry has been actively involved in the IT industry for about 10 years. Some of his achievements include co-owning a franchised internet service provider, web design, and e-commerce consulting. Over those years Terry has also lived and studied abroad in places such as Japan and the UK.
He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from the University of Portsmouth in the UK. Currently he teaches E-Business Management at the college level as well as operating a trading company. Terry acts as the Chief Operations Officer of Quixii Media Inc. with responsibilities in business operations such as finance and strategic planning.
